We want everyone to have a great time at 4 Motion Skatepark! Before booking your party, please take a moment to read the following information.
Bookings & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your party booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your party.

You can also choose to pay the full amount when booking.

Your party date and time will be confirmed once your booking has been completed.
Date Changes & Cancellations

Party bookings can be cancelled or moved to another available date up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the party.

Cancellations made at least 28 days before the party will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 28 days of the party are non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.

Any changes to your booking must be agreed with 4 Motion in advance and are subject to availability.
Membership & Party Disclaimer

All riders must either have a valid 4 Motion membership and completed consent form or complete a one-off paper party disclaimer before taking part.

Paper party disclaimers will be available at the park on the day.

For riders under 18, the disclaimer must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Riders will not be able to take part until the appropriate membership or disclaimer has been completed.
Supervision & Safety

Children under 10 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

All riders must follow the skatepark rules and any instructions given by our staff.

Riders must use equipment suitable for the skatepark, and all scooters must have secure bar ends.

Please make sure everyone attending understands that skatepark activities involve risks, including falls and injuries.
On the Day

Please arrive in good time for your party so everyone can get ready and make the most of their session.

Party activities must finish at the agreed time to allow us to prepare for other sessions and bookings.

We ask everyone attending to treat our staff, other visitors and facilities with respect.
Important Information
4 Motion reserves the right to stop anyone from participating if they are behaving dangerously, failing to follow park rules or putting themselves or others at risk.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
